Silk IX
Rechargeable
The Signia Silk IX is currently only available in a rechargeable style. The standard charger is included in the price of the hearing aid.
How It Works
Signia’s Silk IX combines the sleek and discreet style previously experienced with the Silk X with their Integrated Xperience technology. This makes these aids their smallest and most advanced ready to wear Aids.
The Silk IX features Dynamic Soundscape Processing 3.0, Speech Stabiliser, Speech and Noise Management, Binaural OneMic Directionality and Tinnitus Therapy. These technologies work together to offer crystal clear sound quality and reduce the effort you need to use to understand sound in noisy situations.
Unlike other CIC (completely in canal) aids, the Silk IX is ready to go, without you needing to wait for custom made housing. This works by using silicone sleeves that are available in different sizes, which simply click onto your hearing aids and sit securely in the ear.
The Silk’s microphones pick up sound inside the ear canal and due to their small, discreet size, you can use other technology, such as your phone, or over ear headphones, as normal. With the new Silk IX you gain the benefits of a rechargeable hearing aid and of enjoying an experience so close to normal hearing. This is also available as a CROS or BiCROS system.
App and Accessories
The Signia app gives you control over your hearing aid programs and volume, as well as access to Remote Care.
