The Unitron Discover Next comes in rechargeable options for an additional £150 per Hearing Aid. On average a charge will provide the user with around 16 hours of wear time.
The standard charger is included in the price of the hearing aid.
How It Works
Moving beyond the words to help people capture the deeper meaning in conversations. Unitron’s new sound technology helps people understand who is talking, where the voices are coming from, and even the intonation bring used.
The SoundNav 3.0 system operating within the Discover range shows improvement since the 2.0. Allowing you to hear and identify sounds as well as the average person in their twenties. The ‘SoundCore’ combines ‘SpeechPro’ with ‘Spatial Awareness’ to further your ability to both understand speech but also where it is coming from. This offers you important information about your environment but also means that your Hearing Aids can select the appropriate setting for the soundscape, saving you a job. Whilst finally their Sound Conductor makes even the softly spoken easy to understand.
The Discover Next is compatible with all Bluetooth, Android and iPhone devices, allowing for easy connectivity.
App and Accessories
The Discover Next is compatible with an array of accessories to allow you to experience sound from many sources.
The TV Connector allows you to stream your programmes directly to your Hearing Aids, offering a high standard of sound to enjoy your TV favourites with.
Unitron’s UStream offers discreet connectivity to wireless devices, like mobile phones, TVs and Bluetooth MP3 players.
UDirect 3 is a sleek, hands-free accessory to let you enjoy direct connections to communication and entertainment devices, like mobile phones, TVs, FM receivers and MP3 players, with stereo sound and long battery life.
The UMic is a personal wireless microphone system lets patients hear their companions more easily in challenging listening environments.
Remote Control 2 allows you to easily change settings at a touch of a button.
